Entering the home you are greeted by a modern space, first with the main living and dining area, followed by a fully equipped, spacious kitchen featuring granite counters, wood cabinetry, a dishwasher, and even a wine fridge.  Space in this functional kitchen is never a problem.  An interior atrium helps to bring an even more natural feel to the interior rooms, while also providing natural light and ventilation.  Next is the television room, a perfect place to kick back and relax.

Outside of the TV room, beyond the sliding glass wall, is a dual level outdoor space where you’ll spend most of your time.  A filtered pool with neighboring stone wall, is perfect for cooling off after a day exploring the streets.  This peaceful area is great for entertaining friends and the upper terrace is ideal for drinks, cards, or just hanging out with family.

Tucked away, opposite to the pool at the rear of the property is the lower bedroom with queen-sized bed, built-in closet and its own bathroom which also serves as the pool bath.  Up the staircase opposite the upper terrace you will find the other bedroom which has a king-sized bed, plenty of custom closets and en suite bathroom.  Other features rounding out this home include lite landscaping and stone walls with accent lighting, a laundry/storage room and a built-in home office space with a fast internet connection.
