- Promote the property through our website and other selected sites
- Follow up on reservation requests and schedule reservations
- Collect rental payments and process as directed
- Greet guests upon arrival at your home or at the Merida International Airport
- Provide local availability 24 hours for guests in case of emergency
- Provide guest assistance in planning day trips, places to visit, places to eat, etc.
- Grocery shop to stock special request items prior to guests’ arrival
- Bi-lingual services (English and Spanish)
