This artist owned home has the original tile floors, 18 foot ceilings in main part of the house, beautiful iron work, screens on every window, freshly painted walls, etc.  The kitchen includes refrigerator, 6 burner stove, toaster oven, an antique glass doored hutch with complete set of dishes, rustic farm table, cabinets and shelving with all cooking utensils and flatware also included.  A full bathroom is attached for the main house which also services the pool for visiting guests.  The kitchen opens onto a newly renovated, 700 sq. ft. outdoor patio with a locally quarried, handmade marble table with Italian cafe chairs and a 14 foot X 6 foot cooling, plunge pool with fountain.

The bedrooms are located in a two storey casita at the rear of the property, just past the pool area for privacy and quiet.  The master bedroom has platform style, king sized bed and a private patio with outdoor shower, dressing room, and a ensuite bathroom.  The air conditioned guest bedroom has 2 matrimonial (double) beds, hammock, and a private full bathroom.  Sheets, a complete set of towels, pillows, and hammocks are all provided.
