About Me
I’m Adrián, an architect specialized in urban planning and territorial reorganization. Throughout my career, I’ve worked on urban development projects and public policies, gaining a deep understanding of how cities evolve and what makes a space more than just a property.
My passion for design, architecture, and woodworking has driven me to create and appreciate spaces with identity, purpose and high levels of detail. Now, I find joy in applying that knowledge to help you find the perfect place in Yucatán, whether you’re looking to live, invest, or vacation.
I’ve worked with municipal and state governments and have been a part of the global 100 Resilient Cities Network program. This experience has given me a strategic vision on urban growth and quality of life. In other words, I know how to identify locations with high potential and the best conditions for you to enjoy your life in Mexico.
Beyond real estate, I’m also passionate about woodworking and furniture design. I find inspiration in nature, motorcycling, and the freedom of urban running. I’m also a drone photography pilot, which allows me to see cities from a different perspective and capture their transformation.
I was born in Mexico City and have lived in different cities in Spain and Mexico. I grew up in chaos. Now I embrace the tranquility of Mérida, where I find excitement in everything that the city and its surroundings have to offer. I understand that changes and transitions can be hard, and that adapting to a different city comes with its own set of challenges -as I have experienced it myself- which is why my goal is to make this process smooth and stress-free for you.
If you’re looking for more than just a property—if you want a home with character, history, and a bright future—I’d be delighted to help you find it!
