About Me

After 25 year in the hustle and bustle of Corporate America, Fabian decided to look at an alternative to this to create a life plan designed for living.

Having lived in Rhode Island and in the Northeast where he enjoyed the beaches and summer activities but not so much the harsh winter travel in the Northeast, he decided to find an eternal summer location.  Fabian enjoys sailing, cycling, scuba, and traveling; discovering new things all the time.  He found all of this in the Yucatan, available year-round.  Fabian and his wife discovered Merida in 2003 and fell in love with this enchanting place, full of history, art, architecture, great people and international flair and culture as well.  They kept coming back and finally settled here 4 years ago.  He never looked back. 

Fabian enjoys dual citizenship and is fluent in Spanish.  He also has a working knowledge of the relocation process, how to buy and invest in Mexico, and a working knowledge of local construction and remodeling.  Fabian hopes that his experience in the local area and the north part of the city can be of help in your search for a home or commercial property.
